    Chandigarh December 11: Haryana Chief Minister Mr Manohar Lal today said that a 11 members monitoring committee would be constituted at each Vidhan Sabha level to monitor the progress of development works in the respective areas so as to ensure the effective implementation of various works. Mr Manohar Lal who was addressing the people after redressing their grievances at Sirsa today said that the members of this committee would report to their local MLA or Minister. He said that to provide a transparent and corruption free administration would be among the priorities of the government. To begin with, the State Government has decided to make the registration process of sale deeds online as per this, registry of immovable property would be delievered at the door step of people. The buyer and seller of the property would only be required to submit relevant documents along with the stamp fee, he added The Chief Minister said that today he has come to them to redress their grievances. To ensure that the people need not to visit Chandigarh for redressal of their complaints and to save their time and resources, a new system is being evolved as per which a Chief Minister (CM) Window would be set up at district headquarter.  He said that the complaints given at this CM Window would automatically reach Chandigarh for its redressal. While describing the present era as an era of technology, he said that the State Government has decided to deposit old age allowance directly into the bank accounts of beneficiaries from January, 2015 onwards. He urged the people to get their bank accounts opened by December 31, 2014. He said that an arrangement is also being made to make pension available at the door step of those beneficiaries who were unable to collect pension from banks. Taking a dig at the previous congress government in the State, he said that the previous government had dug many pits which need to be filled. Now, the government would prepare a new scheme for those candidates who were doing rounds of courts and senior beurocrates due to the faulty recruitment policies of the previous government. He said that directions have also been issued to all Deputy Commissioners to remain present in their offices from 11am to 12 noon daily do listen to the grievances of the people. BJP State President Mr Subhash Barala also spoke on the occasion. OSD to Chief Minister Mr Jawahar Yadav, Divisional Commissioner Mr DPS Naggal, IG Range Mr Anil Kumar , SP Mr Mitesh Jain and other senior officers  and BJP leaders were also present  in the meeting.   IPRDH-2014
