Chandigarh, April 12: While taking stern action against dereliction in duty, Haryana Chief Minister Mr Manohar Lal has ordered stringent action against three Tehsildars, one Patwari and one BDPO. The Chief Minister was addressing a felicitation function organized by Rashtriya Gaushala, Dharauli, Jind to honor him for passing the stringent Gau Sanrakshan Avm Gau Samwardhan Bill, 2015 at Dharauli in district Jind today, The Chief Minister ordered to suspend Naib Tehsildar, Narwana Vijay Mohan for negligence of duty. He also ordered inquiry against Tehsildar Safidon Roshan Lal, Patwari Sanjay Kumar and BDPO Safidon Ram Datt Sharma on complaints related to corruption. In another case, he also ordered vigilance inquiry against Raj Kumar Bhoria the then Tehsildar Safidon for registering sale deeds against rules in which powers of registration was withdrawn by the Deputy Commissioner Jind in January 2015. He said that in addition to this, the order of FIR has already been given against Naib Tehsildar, Jind Lakhwinder Singh in a case of wrong registration. He also said that the powers of Tehsildar Jind Rajendra Prasad Verma has already been withdrawn by the Deputy Commissioner Mr Ajit Balaji Joshi as he is suspected of not acting according to rules while registering a sale deed.
