The present government is working on the principle of ‘Sabka Saath-Sabka Vikas’ and ‘Minimum Government and Maximum Governance’ and has adopted ‘zero tolerance’ policy against corruption.
In order to establish coordination between government and public and to increase public participation in development works, ‘CM web portal’ has been initiated www.haryanacmoffice.gov.in. Through this web portal, information related to government policies, programmes and projects can be collected and suggestions can also be given.
In order to put an end to corruption, State Vigilance Bureau is being made active and modern. In the regime of present government, the State Vigilance Bureau has investigated 39 cases of theft of revenue. In this investigation, 16 enquiries and 33 officers or officials were found guilty and recommended to recover Rs 15.11 lakh from them.
In the Present Government regime, the State Vigilance Bureau has recorded 30 enquiries. In these enquiries main scam included Panchkula Kaushalaya Dam scam, irregularities in the appointment of HCS, MNREGA scam of Ambala and scam of 8,012 sq feet government land in NIT Faridabad.
On the occasion of birth anniversary of the former Prime Minister, Bharat Ratana, Mr Atal Bihari Vajpayee and Bharat Ratana Mr Madan Mohan Malaviya, on December 25 were celebrated as ‘Governance Day’.
Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Jayanati on October 31 was celebrated as ‘Rashtriya Ekta Diwas’.
