So far 94 new Medical Officers have appointed to meet the shortage of doctors in medical institutions. 112 doctors have been deputed as per need in various medical institutions of the state and recruitment of 800 new doctors is under process.
The construction of 10 new hospital buildings, 12 new community health centres and 12 primary health centres is proposed during the year 2015-16.
