    • State portal has been created to provide citizen services in the state, under which so far websites of all departments or boards etc have been linked and there is a proposal to provide a total of 150 e-Services by March 2016.
    • State Resident Data Hub has been set up in State Data Centre, aim of which is to provide data of pension, Public Distribution System, scholarships and MNREGA schemes.
    • With a view to provide the facility of secure electronic registration of birth and death registration all over the state, in this direction this facility has been initiated in Panchkula and Karnal districts.
    • In order to attract investment in Information Technology, was achieved in getting notified districts Faridabad and Palwal as Brownfield Areas’, besides proposal of notifying Ambala and Yamunanagar, Kundli-Rai Model Industrial Town, Jhajjar has also been sent to Government of India.
    • For the skill development of youth, a scheme has been initiated to provide hardware skill development in 25 courses in Electronics and Telecom areas with the collaboration of National Electronics and Information Technology Institute of Government of India.
    • With a view to achieve 100 per cent target of Adhaar card, as many as 300 permanent registration centres have been set up. And 75 new centres will be set up in the coming two months.
    • Every citizen can now get his or her problem or complaint redressed at their respective districts without visiting Chandigarh by establishing direct contact with the Chief Minister through ‘CM Window’ set up at every district headquarter. Every complainant is being informed about the status of his or her complaint online and through SMS.
    • In order to increase connectivity in all villages, work on connectivity through Optical Fiber Network is in progress. Under this scheme, so far Optical Fiber Network lines have been laid in 1,098 Gram Panchayats.
    • In order to make at least one member of the eligible families e-Literate, the state government with the support Central Government has initiated a project of Universal Digital Literacy in districts Gurgaon, Faridabad, Karnal, Jind and Panchkula.
    • This project is being expanded in all districts, to provide digital literacy to all anganwadi workers, ASHA workers and owners or workers of ration shops.
    • A State Resident Data Base (SRDB) has been formulated to link Information Technology Applications and Aadhaar data base, this will be used for various service delivery systems at counter for service delivery.
    • The setting up work of 2,500 Common Service Centers in the state is in progress, whereas so far 653 Common Service Centers have been established.
    • E-disha services was launched by Honble Chief Minister ón May 2, 2015 form Panchkula, which includes birth registration related to health services, birth certificates, birth records, add the name to birth records, to fixing error in birth certificate, death registration, issuing death certificates, fixing errors in death records, non availability of death certificates and services related to revenues SC, OBC, other backward, primitive race, Tapriwasi, vimukh caste, accommodation certificates, educational certificates, income certificates, certificates of rural area.
