In order to make at least one member of the eligible families e-Literate, the state government with the support Central Government has initiated a project of Universal Digital Literacy in districts Gurgaon, Faridabad, Karnal, Jind and Panchkula.

A State Resident Data Base (SRDB) has been formulated to link Information Technology Applications and Aadhaar data base, this will be used for various service delivery systems at counter for service delivery.
The setting up work of 2,500 Common Service Centers in the state is in progress, whereas so far 653 Common Service Centers have been established.
E-disha services was launched by Honble Chief Minister ón May 2, 2015 form Panchkula, which includes birth registration related to health services, birth certificates, birth records, add the name to birth records, to fixing error in birth certificate, death registration, issuing death certificates, fixing errors in death records, non availability of death certificates and services related to revenues SC, OBC, other backward, primitive race, Tapriwasi, vimukh caste, accommodation certificates, educational certificates, income certificates, certificates of rural area.
