Chandigarh, August 26 – Haryana Chief Minister, Mr. Manohar Lal said that there would be no regional bias in development of the state and industrial units would be set up in a uniform manner. He said that the aim of BJP Government in the state is to undertake integrated industrial development in Haryana.
The Chief Minister was addressing the gathering after inaugurating the second unit of Lotte India Company at IMT Rohtak today.
He said that the State Government has signed MoUs with many big companies. In days to come, industries would be set up in those sectors which were being neglected so far. He said that under the New Enterprise Promotion Policy 2015, assistance would be given to industrialists setting up their industries in backward areas.
He said that not only the government would provide land for industrial development but would also arrange capital investment.
It was informed that the Lotte India Unit set up at Rohtak would give employment to 750 persons. The company has a plan to invest a total of Rs 120 crore.
The Chairman of the Lotte Group, Mr. Shin Dong-Bin said that a beginning has been made for massive foreign direct investment in India.
Haryana Industries Minister, Capt. Abhimanyu and Managing Director of the Company, Mr. Suresh also spoke on the occasion.
